Formally, Brick Layers Union is a Boston-based running group focused on helping athletes build strong foundations in the sport of distance running. Informally, it’s a group of friends with a logo who love running more than we can put into words. We came together three years ago to provide another option to the runners of Boston. Many of us are reformed racers, steeped in high mileage and hard sessions but now working to redefine that relationship while navigating adulthood.
