We're back with another season of your favourite podcast

After the response to Season 1 of our Running Things podcast in April-May this year, we've been hard at work on Season 2. At the front of our minds has been two things - firstly, bringing you guys the biggest names in the sport, and secondly, evolving our podcast to make sure we're delivering the highest quality product we can.

With that in mind we're incredibly excited about today's release of Episode 1 for Season 2. Shelby Houlihan is one of the most accomplished middle distance runners in the world, and represents Nike and the Bowerman Track Club in Beaverton, Oregon.

An Olympic finalist in the 5000m in Rio, Houlihan recently took 10 seconds off her own American record in the event, recording a 14:23.92. She also holds the American record in the 1500m, running 3:54.99 in Doha at the World Championships to finish 4th.

I talk with Shelby about her 2020 season of records and how she stays motivated when the big goals of Tokyo are taken away. We get some insight into how she's spending her off-season, and get the scoop on her favourite snackfood.

You can listen to the Running Things podcast wherever you get your pods, or new for Season 2 you can watch it on YouTube.

Stay tuned throughout Season 2 as we bring you interviews with Marielle Hall, Dalilah Muhammad, Craig Engels, and many more. Don't forget to subscribe on YouTube to be the first to know when new eps drop.
